ICICI
Name appearing in Cibil

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i had taken a credit card from ICICI, which was used by my friend, It was a mistake from my side, there was a due amt of Rs 44000/- which was done in one time settlement, there was no chance of me being a defaulter, the settlement was done around 2years ago, I have 2 loans from ICICI one is personal Loan & the other is a Car Loan, If you see The track record, the EMI's are paid regularly, I still dont undersatnd why my name is featuring in the cibil, if i want to go for some kind of loan, I am sure it will create a problem for me,

Requesting you to kindly help me how to get my name out of Cibil,
