I faced this problem for about 8 times till now.

I topup online through ICICI's account and its not been credited to my cell phone at a time. While with hdfc i get instant recharge.

Their customer service is really poor. Saying i will get my money back after 4 working days. its been 5th day and no response from them at all.

I request everyone not to go for ICICI bank for any products at all.

Go for HDFC. its the best.

When I toptup with ICICI i was in hurry thats why only i did it online. But they took my money from account instantly and i havent got credit yet. So my money was on hold with them for 5days and I had immergency to call which their idiot service stoped completely.
