Refund of my wrongly done transaction

I have an saving account (A/C: 003101532670) in ICICI bank, sector - 18, Noida.By mistalekly I did the internet banking transfer of Rs 5000/- to some other A/C (061001509115 - non activated A/C), which is in Gurgaon on 4th of Aug. Suddenly I realized that I did some mistake, and call to customer care imidiately and they suggest me to visit the branch where my A/C has. Next day 05/08/08, I visited the branch, but initially they were in no mood to solve the problem (I met Branch Manager Opertaion: Mr Gaurav) but finally they accepeted my application. But next two week I didn't get any response from them, again I visited the branch on 14th Aug, but they don't had any update. They even don't care about my presence and my problem. They just doing other so called work. After seeing unacceptable kind of response from them, I met to branch manager, and she assured me to have some response on monday. Then again I visited on monday, but result was same. But at that day Mr Gaurav (Branch Manager: Opeartion) wrote the mail to Gurgaon branch (as per him the mail id belongs to that branch) regarding the issue in front of me and assured me to get the response in two days. But I havn't seen any response from them. Then I wrote the complian to ICICI bank through internet banking with all the detail, against that they respond me that the issue will get get resolve in next three days. And same day I got the call from Sector -18 branch against the online complian, again I described him all the detail and also notify him that I have alraedy given an application to your branch. Next day I got the call from Guagaon branch, and she again asked for all the detail also a hard copy of application by courier, then I told her that I have alraedy provided the appliaction to your bank (sector - 18 branch) and also through internet banking. But she insisted me to get quick response, they need an application. Then same day I faxed the application. But after that I havn't heard any thing from them. Then I replied back to ICICI bank against the response I got from ICICI bank through online banking, and next day they reverted back with the response that they have lodge a high priority complian and will get result in three working days. But even higher priority complain has the same result.

So, kindly suggest, what the next step I should take to get my money back.
