I was using Centurion Bank Card, which was taken over by ICICI in last year. Subsequently ICICI offered a card to me which I was not interested. The CBP card was closed and the last statement was in Jan-09.
Recently I got an SMS saying some thing about i mint card and points which is not relevent to me.
BUT MOST DISTRUSSING THING IS they have mentioned one contact number in SMS. as 011-40146468. While contacted there was a recorded message that forwarding the to another number and asked me to hold the line.
The connection never gets thro and the number of trials made is of no use.
For a person calling from Kerala to Delhi such irresponsible behaviour will create loss of time, money and gives unpleasent mental condition.
Those who have similar experience with ICICI is requested to sahre the experience.this is acommonly reported by few of ICICI client about such tricks they play.
Through a PIL, I intend to bring this to the notice of Judiciary soon
