Icici credi card
Due after payment settlement amount

I had a credit card of cenurion bank CARD No.4443 4101 9533 0004. Then it transferred to icici bank having CARD No. 4477 4771 9835 5006.

I had a due at dated 31.5.09 amount :28, 988.32

I had received a call from call center agent name kalika bose he told me to settled my card with 10% discount payment of amount 27, 000.00. as per discussion i paid amount 27000 on dated1.6.09 after that again i received payment due statement the remains part of amount from 28.988.32.

i have also complained to icici credit card bbsr they have trail from spceship kolkata (call center) regarding this 10% discount but they didn't talking any step for it. It is too worried for me.
