I am facing the problem of overdue billing. I have informed many times by Calls to customer care, by Sending faxes & by E-Mails but have not found any response up to till date. Even after receiving the call, I went & met your officer on dated 31 Oct 08 at SD Tower, Plot no.7, Sec-8, Rohini, New Delhi. He accepted that this is the mistake of ICICI Credit Card Department but he got unable to rectify it. Neither he nor any other one of department was able to rectify the mistake which has created by their department. The complaints about which I have informed many times for more then last one & half year, are given below:-
1) Wrong commitment on 29 Oct 06 regarding payment of MTNL loss me Rs. 40/- as late fees.
2) Related interest and service tax up to till date of double payments paid by ICICI on dated 9th May 07 and 5th July 07 to LIC.
3) Without information stopping of ECS payments in Nov. 07. Again started in Dec. 07 without any information. Loss of late payment & service tax of both providers (Air-Tel & Reliance Mobile) and reactivation charges of Reliance mobile.
4) Over limit charges and service tax Rs 562/- on dated 20 March 08.
5) Payment paid to MTNL Rs. 3/- on dated 30 Aug 08. (EVEN ECS OF REGISTERED BILLS WAS DEACTIVATED/CANCELLED ON 20 MAY 08. I already paid this payment to MTNL on 25 Aug 08 by cash.
Now as per bill statement dated 18 Oct 08 the due amount on me is Rs. 5, 801.35. I am also blackmailing that: - IF YOU DONOT PAY THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE MENTIONED IN BILLING STATEMENT. IT IS TREATED AS DEFAULT. THIS INFORMATION IS SHARED WITH CREDIT INFORMATION BUREAU SUCH AS CIBIL AS ALLOWED BY RESERVSE BANK OF INDIA.
I have never refused to pay the amount which is due on me. I will pay IMMEDIATE if there are any dues. But their action (rather inaction by being non-responsive to my grievance) is responsible for my mental, physical & financial torture.
