ICICI Credit Card
Non - Delievery of Courie

Dear Sir

ICICI Bank Credit Card despatched by the bank on 24 November via AW Number 8602531685 through ExpressIT Courier did not reach me so far.

The courier service called me on Monday (Dec1) from nos 011-32037014/32027013 and asked about me my address and availablity. They told me that this courier will be delievered by the evening (6PM). I was in office till 8 pm but noday came to deliever the courier.

On enquiry today from website, the courier service verified the status and informed that the card was not delivered as I was not available at my address, whereas being an engineer, I am available in the office everyday excluding sunday as it is my office address. Also, nobody came to me.

Today I tried to call courier office at New Delhi on the telephone number 011-32037014/ 32037013 and nos 011 - 30672914/12 provided to me by the bank but there was no answer.
