I have recieved a call on dt 28.11.2008 vide landline no. 022-67576338 from Megha asking that your PIN code keeps hold for activation of Icici credit card. Now you will recieve another confirmation call from icici lombard heath insurance you have to answer the call as "YES" & after 10 minute you will recive 2nd call for PIN generation & you can denied for health insurance at this 2nd call, accordingly i have denied for health insurance. On 29.11.2008 i recived a message from icici bank that you have made a transaction Rs. 6732.00 on 28.11.2008 on icici card for ICICI Lombard & on 05.12.2008 i have recieved health insurance policy.
Please cancelled this policy & reveresed Rs. 6732.00 from my iCICI Credit card.
