Iam a credit card holder of icici bank (4477474427699015) but due to some problem iam not able paid the dues from march. On 18/11 i got a letter from court regarding the full sattelment through lok adalat i went their and agree to pay 36000/- in four installement. Iam also have a saving account holder in this bank number 632201515729 due to non payment of due it is blocked. but me and icici mutullay agree to debit 1st installent of Rs 15000/- from my account but unfortunately it is not debited till date iam following icici executive Mr. Vikram (9891292754) from last 15 days but he is neither picking his phone nor debited money from my account. i already gave him the singned athourity letter to him for 1 st installent debiting. In april iam going out of country for two year before going i want to clear all the dues .pls pls pls help me because i dont know what to do in this situation whom to contact.
