Want 0 balance certificate which proves that matter is not being settled

Dear Sir,

I have cleared all my dues against my credit card. My credit card balance is reflecting is -44.31 Rs. I have not settled this matter as i have paid all the required amount.now after making fully payment & showing 0 balance pls ensure me that my account has not been settled.

I want 0 balance certificate form ur side with written that this is not settled & not in negative profile. I want my all payment history too.

Pls revert me on my given mail id as soon as possible.

My credit card number is 4477473857028000 in name of Rashmi Bhardwaj.
