The ICICI recovery department personnel constantly keeps calling up. When asked to call on specific time and date he misses that time and calls up during office hours if I say I am unable to speak he calls up at residence and harasseses threatining to pay up the bill.
They should chanelise their services to recover lakhs of unrecovered amount and not a petty sum of 20k
