Overbilling without purchase

Sir,

my name is charles raj i recieve an statement from your bank that was the last one of my transaction that was higher than i used. i bought a electronics item and filled petrol first for 500 then 400, which was 2990, i have payed first 1000, then1525, then1000.but the last bill which has come was 970 why more of 500 hundred rupees.please check statement again. thank you.
