Pathetic IVR

I hold a credit card from ICICI bank and am not receiving the mothly bill statement from the last couple of month`s, i got worried as i have to pay off the bills and tried calling the ICICI bank customer service call centere at 040-23128000, at Hyderabad, as usual the ivr starts asking us to enter the appropriate option/number and when entered it doesn`t let us go through, rather the IVR starts up again and again saying that there`s no response from our side inspite of entering the right number and soon after repeating the options the line automatically gets disconnected asking us to try again later as we have exceeded the alloted time frame.

I have gone through this good for nothing procedure several times and each time burning a lot of money in my pocket or the balance in my mobile just for this useless, good for nothing, poor, pathetic, f**king IVR and the customer service above all.

Readers... imagine!!! What will happen if you are robbed of or loose your credit card and you are trying to informing the lost cedit card to the customer service this hectic, unpleasant and unfriendly way.

I therefore request the concerned authorities look into this matter if they really care about their customers as soon as possible to retain the trust of their customers.
