Hi its vivek here.

i have thrice applied for the ICICI bank Credit card, but none of the times i received the card. even i spoke to the local agent and enquirred about the status of card delivery he responded like he has now nothing to do with it and he was just upto the formal filling of the application form. he was nowhere seemed concerened that whether i have received the card or not.

this overall calls for the customer satisfacation and the customer service they are offering.
