Sir,

I was shocked to see a debit of Rs 400 as late payment charges in bill dated 29Apr 09. My credit card no is 4477463874879006. I had dropped payment cheque well before due date and yet this levy.

On the contrary charges should be levied on your staff and compensation paid to me since I had to face humiliation in shops etc for failure of my card.

I have been using your credit card for over 10 yrs and making monthly payments before due date without default. in fact i have been flooded with calls from mumbai office to take enhanced credit limit - being a good pay master.

Please look into this lapse. I had dropped cheque at sushant lok-1 gurgaon atm drop box.

Kindly credit Rs 400 (late payment fee) immediately and restore my faith in you.
