Dear Sir;
I am hereby loding an official complaint to you, of the very same nature has been addressed to Icici Grievance redressal department, but i donot share much hope with them on attending to the nature of the complaint.
Kindly note this complaint is in regards to my Icici credit card No: 4477462181990001, wherein Icici staff from JB Nagar branch has extorted me since the last 6 months on the basis of the following facts:
1) The have given me extortiona and abusive calls to the effect.
2) They have breached my office space by sneding their executives to my Office, past office Interwear Exports, wherein they have abused and extorted the accountant of the office, threatening me on the ground that they will go to my sons school and collect money from me from there.
3) They have sent fake subpoenas and summons to try to intimidate me.
4) In a recent incident they came to my recent Office Melite International, and spoken to Miss Rupa Kanunoga of Melite, and told her I have done fraud on the company's name with Icici bank, .
5) The executive has even mailed my company staff my credit card statements, which is a clear cut breach of client confidentiality.
These and many other modes have been used by Icici bank JB Nagar branch staff to coerce me into making payments. I ask you, is this what Icici bank doing is it legal, or lawful inder the Fair parctice agreement and client confidentiality agreement & banking code of conduct.
I know for fact that in the past icici bank's extortions has reached to the level that people have commited suicide. I wish to make sure in case something happens to me the blame will be on Icici bank for the extortion on my part.
I hereby inform Icici that I am putting Cease and desist and to keep only written communication to me on the email id provided as I want to keep written mandate for all communication and i would like this matter to be investigated and a just and fair reply given to me on the nature of this complaint.
Further on the same if no resolution of satusfactory response is received I will be sending a written complaint to RBI ombudsman to address these issues with icici credit card.
