The company has deactivated my trading account. My existing password has expired. I went to the home branch to sort it out. They promised it will happen within one week. Nothing happened. I called up the Customer Care, and they said I need to visit the branch. I visited the branch and was told that I should seek help from customer care on phone. I lodged a request for a new password and was told to wait for 15 days.
Upon enquiry after 15 days, I was told that there was no such request lodged against my trading account. I am now supposed to lodge a fresh request and then wait for another 15 days.
Are these people mad or simply love harassing customers?
