Dear Sir,

PURCHASE OF ELECTRONIC ITEMS FROM

INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB

MEMBERSHI NO. ITBC09958039

I am one of your customer from last two to three years.

In this year so far I have purchased following items from your club.

1) Philips Home Theatre (Without any gift items)

2) Samsung mobiles (Golden Unique ID 110055470)(no accessories & gift)

3) Kodak Camera (without any accessories and gift items)

4) Microwave Oven (Booking ID 880100495)

5) Item for Rs.3199/-

6) Handi cam (for Rs.11399/-) not yet received. Ordered on 17/06 over phone forcebly by your employee Shri. Kuldeep with some other charges for Rs.1196/- vide ID 110077332 and 110077322 respectively with the assurance (2000%) of winning GOLD BOX (which may be Rs.110000/- cash, Gold or Laptop. Till today an and around Rs.80000/- have been paid by me for purchase of above mentioned items to India Today Group.

The items received by you till today is after a painfull delay. Every time I have to remind your office twice or thrice, even four times. Whereas your account is being credited immediately on same day by debiting my SBI Card. Before purchasing Samsung mobiles your Executive Mr. Jitender Kumar told me that I have been selected one of the best customer from South India especially from Karnataka and selected for winning the prize of Rs.8.00 lac. Then after a month or two one more Executive from your office Mr. Joginder Sing called me over phone and asked to purchase Kodak camera, and assured me that I have been selected for Rs.8.00 lac prize amount (and he gave me 2000% guarantee) and no more purchase is required by me from India Today Book Club. Again on 31/03 there was call from one more Excecutive Mr. Bharat Lalwani from your office saying that you have won the prize of Rs.8.00 lac and Rs.1.00 lac, (unless atleast one more item to be purchase by you). Also he said that 1000% you have been selected for the said prizes and the result of the said draw is on 6th of April. So again I booked for Microwave Oven, which Still I received afte painful delay (Booking ID 880100495 for Rs.7098/-, which is debited to my SBI Card on 31/03 itself).

2. Also items sent by you till today are outdated and without any accessories, which I can purchase locally in lesser amount.

3. Sir, I am not at all happy with the services and false assurance given by India Today Group. I have got all your representatives recordings till today of false assurance with my mobile. Because of those assurance I have taken so many loans and purchased the items so far from you (being selected as a winner of Rs.8.00 lacs). After last and final assurance on 17/06 given on behalf of INDIA TODAY by Mr. Kuldeep for Gold box, I again tempted to book order for Rs.11399/-FOR HANDICAM. But tille today I am not in receipt of the said Handicam OR ANY GOLD BOX for which I have paid the amont to you on 17/06. I think this not the first time that I am sending the mail to you regarding the complaints for having received the items in time. Till today I am not in receipt of the said item and GOLD BOX OR ANY CHEQUE (which is around Rs.110000/- as per Mr. Kuldeep)

It is SHAME ON PART OF INDIA TODAY that you didnot answer to my mail. Sending the Electronic Item (Handicam) or GOLD BOX or cheque is then far away.
