Greetings.
Post the complaint earlier to Rajeev Sabharwal - COO of ICICI Home Finance and the addressal of the same, ICICI has chosen to continue its non-customer friendly ways. My loan has not seen reduction in rates as stipulated by RBI...
I have now chosen to part ways with ICICI and take the loan from another bank, only to discover that after all the heart burn, there is more,
a) ICICI is slapping me with a 2.25% pre closure charges and refuses to affect any reduction. A case of kill the customer completely lest he be able to breathe.
b) The loan being carried to another bank again faces trauma as your local office refuses to part with original documents immediately on receipt of pay order, and cite a 20 days delay, which is not acceptable to our new bank.
Please advise.. whether there will be some respite for us customers or do you want to completely kill us.
After all, you too must be a salaried employee and at times you are also a customer somewhere. What goes always comes back..
