ICICI LOMBARD AND ICICI CREDIT CARD
ISSUED ME A HEALTH POLICY WHEN MY CREDIT CARD LOST

I HAVE LOST MY CREDIT CARD AND CELL ON 16TH MARCH, AND THEN SOMEONE HAS ATTEND THE RECORDED VOICE CALL FROM ICICI LOMBARD AND SAID "YES" TO ISSUE ME TWO HEALTH POLICY ON MY CARD, WHEN I COME TO KNOW I HAVE BLOCKED MY CARD AND GOT THE NEW ONE AGAIN BUT AND ALSO WRITTEN MAIL TO ICICI BANK AND ICICI LOMBARD ABOUT THIS BUT NOT GETTING THE SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM THEM,

THEY HAVE DEBITED MY CREDIT CARD A/C APPROX RS 20, 000/ AND I DON'T WANT ANY SUCH POLICIES SO WANT TO KNOW WHERE SHOULD I GO TO AVOID THIS PAYMENT AND HOW CAN I GET THE REVERSAL AND CANCELLATION OF POLICIES...

Dear ICICI Bank,

Have requested lot of time through mails, that i have lost my credit card and cell phone from my office on 16th March along with all information related to my card to speak in customer care was with my card only. And somebody who has stole my card and cell no has received the recorded call from ICICI Lombard and said yes to issue me a two policies. when i come to know about all i have blocked my card, and cellno and got both of them new one.

Now i want to request ICICI Bank to cancell the all policies issued me on my card between that period because i never wish to have that policies.. If ICICI Bank won't take step with in a few days i am going to sue against ICICI Bank and will go to complaint in RBI Bank also.

The customer care no given to me, was only dialable through BSNL Landline but i don't have bsnl landline to dial in customer care to speak directly in customer care and request for reversal and cancellation of policies...

Once again i am request to ICICI Lombard and ICICI Bank credit card division and senior of all that this policies is debited in my account without my wish and I don't want this policy in any case and not going to pay in future and will go to the RBI to complaint against you guys and in court also...
