Hi i am jagdish thakker from mumbai

i have taken health policy for my family from icici lombard i am paying huge premium since last four years i never claim for anything, due to my badluck my vehicle met with an accident my wife injured with fracture i call on given number on policy they said you can not claim because you have taken health policy n you are injured with an accident i said there is in policy terms you have mentioned that i can claim they said ok then go to court in this case hospital was also on pannel of icici lombard ok i paid full money to hospital n discharge my wife now thae time is renewal of policy people from icici says that your cas is ok you can claim but now time is over two month next time we assure you that we will help you in this matter i need your help please... thanks
