I bought insurance policy for my parents from ICICI Lombard on the 21st July. They were supposed to call my parents for the medical check up before they issue the insurance policy. Its been 12 days no calls yet. The money i paid in full for the premium and in a blink of the eye the money was gone from my account. I was like wah wah what a super fast service. But thats all fake they dont bother once they get the money my parents are aged i just wanted some cover for them but ICICI Lombard is putting me through this uncertainty by not doing their job.
Amount paid was Rs 39750. I have complained to different channels but yet to receive a call. Wondering how to get these guys to give me my money back or the insurance activated.
