Further to lombardtelephonic conversation of last October 18 my complaint has been registered under Service Reference Number SR83161992.you will respond to me by October 24.but no any reponse from them.now i am sorry when full refund is not given to me then i have not paid any payments of my credit card statement bill from due date Nov 05.which is not responsbility to me and no any blame on me.so i am tens from July when 1st Emi of lombard policy in my credit card statement which given to me without my permission or any information and no any record in lombard and no any dacument send me then i complaint july-oct many time after that Sep 23 Rs, 8.539 refund to me in total policy amount of 14.980.i have already paid five emi. So i want to pay credit card statement bill but i again so sorry this is not possible till the refund revers to me so please refund of rs, 6.441revers in my credit card acount.
