Icici lombard car insurance
Amount diducted before car purchase without my permission

Hi i applied for icici car loan the executive told me that without taking insurance from icici lombard i wont get loan approved, i was also offered free insurance from car dealer, icici person said he will handle the issue and i have to take the insurance from icici, later i come to know that he was telling me lie, so i said him not to put my check for debit and return me the same i dont need insurance form icici, i spoke to lombard manager also he said he will send my check in two days i trusted him, but he debited my cheque, if i dnt have a car how can he charge me for car insurance, car is yet to delever to me, so no chasis number no RTO registration and i have been charged 11221 for insurance of a car whcih i dont own yet
