Inefficient service

Hi,

I had bought a Motor vehicle Insurance from ICICI Lombard General Insurance. In the policy my name was wrongly spelt while in the correspondence it was correct. I placed a request to correct my name on 31st of July and submitted the required proof on 1st of August. I was said that it would take 5 working days to process the request. Till today 7th of Aug, nothing has been done and when I call the customer care they say they did not get the name proof while I have the acknowledgment from customer support about the receipt of the proof.

I have no issues to place another request and provide the proofs again but the harrrasement this has caused me has compelled me to approach this forum. Now they even do not receive my calls. I would request the forum to take into account my complaint and take necessary action to help out many many customers like me.
