ICICI Lombard has sent me policy documents under POD No.2755982611 dated 15/05/09, but the same has not been delivered to me at my address: Azhar Hussain, H.No. A-179/B, 3rd Floor, Shahin Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave, Part-II, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025 as ICICI Lombard has confirmed me by email regarding dispatch status.
