I have applied for re-imbursement for my hospitalization and treatment undergone at Vijaya health center chennai from 23/12 to 26/12.
My claim number is BLC-IL-000-08-23039-A
My Policy number is 4034/FPS/03344529/00/000
I have submitted my documents to TTK, chennai on 13/01/09 and they had forwarded it to mumbai as my card belongs to mumbai branch. As per their request i have submitted the shortfall documents on 31st January and it has reached them on 2nd February. I confirmed the same with TTK mumbai people and they told me that it will take 7 working days to process those documents. I have waited till 10th february and then starting from 10th Feb I have been calling them every alternate day and they tell me that the documents are under process. They always say that I should get some answer in 2 days. This way I have lost another 1 month and still I am not getting any positive reply.
I hope to solve this problem by reporting this to you.
