Despite my concerted efforts to get the health insurance policy # 4034i/HIR/04507085/00/000 cancelled, I have not received any response from the company (though I called twice and mailed thrice).
The reason is that I have moved to USA and won’t be requiring the policy anymore.
Whenever i called the bank, i was told that the system is under maintenance and i should contact after 3 hours. I guess this is the first systen of its kind that takes 3 months for maintenance completion (as i am calling for the last three months).
The worst part is that the amount fro the premium is being charged to my credit card and i cannot cancel the same unless the aformentioned policy is cancelled. And now i won't be making payment for my credit card unnecessarily as i am not going to use this policy.
So please refrain from this cimpany to avois any mental harrassment as the one i am going through presently,
