Icici lombard health insurance

Res. Sir,
I purchased a credit card from Barclay bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 8290 Rs was deducted from my credit card balance. I dont want to avail this policy.
And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory. Please help me in cancelling this policy
