Now They are telling me that the amount is for two year . if you want cancel the policy then we will deduct the amount 50 % of total amount.
they have done mistake (charge me two times amount) for that there is no punishment if customer is going to cancel the policy then company will deduct the 50 % amount. This is highly harassment of me.

As per our telecon between me & your sales executive regarding health policy, He told me that there is a Health plan for your Family & premium amount will be monthly basis Rs. 390.00 & 310.00 if you are having ICICI credit card without any others charges thats why I have given my card information to him but he cheated me & have done the transaction against another plan which is I am not affordable & understandable, why he have done four nos. of transaction against, which policy & who is Policy holder for transaction done on 29/01, I think is taking the money from somebody else. Please let me know his details also.

Now total outstanding is RS. 32340.84 including late fee, Interest Charges service Tax because of you why I should bear this amount & Mentally Harassment also & I am wasting my time to write you & call most off time your server busy/under maint.
I have enclosed the Credit card statement for your knowledge & take necessary action, Refund my total amount to my credit card (377041674919005) with in 24 hrs otherwise I have to take other action also.
