Sir,

Refer my policy no 4065/0000001/icici/HL/003083 cancelled on 20 JAN as per request

no.160109218.

As per sms received on 30 jan refund of Rs 32901/- has been processed and issued thru the

above mentioned instrument 7300.

However I have not received the same till date.

PLEASE HELP.

I request you to, if possible, transfer the said amount into my savings A/C 2955 held with

CORPORATION BANK, KALINA BRANCH.
