NON RECEIPT OF INSURANCE DOCUMENTS AND IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I have opted health policy from the ICICI Lombard two yaers back. When the renewal is taken place, I have received numerous phone calls for renew the same. I have given the confirmation thro phone with following condition.

1. On receipt of the premium, Payment receipt has to be furnished immediately.

2.The policy documents should reach me within 11 working days.

3.Failing of the above, Full payment has to be refunded without deducting any cancellation charges.

The policy has been renewed on 30th Dec-08 and payment has been debited from my bank account on 2nd Jan-09. I have waited till 10th of this month and contacted their customer service for requesting the policy documents and payment receipt. They have assured me that within 24 Hrs time the documents will be sent thro my email ID.

Even after said 24 hrs no mail has come and again i have contacted them and there was no proper answer from them and i have waited more than 1 hr on the line itself. It has happened repeatedly more than 10 times. Till date i havnt received the same.

In between i have received N no of calls from them for again renewal of policy. They wanted to pay the premium once again.

I am totally frustrated with their service and i want to get back my money fully.
