I have renewed an insurance policy for Honda Activa vehicle over Web on 30-August. An email received from the ICICI Lombard regarding the same but the insurance policy has been issued in the name of different person. Vehicle is owned by by my wife since it's registration last year.
I have registered ths issue with ICICI Lombard customer care over phone as well as over email I was notified that the the corrected policy has been sent by courier after a lot of follow up. The policy has not been received till now. Probably it has gone to the address of the wrong person.
Am stil writting to the company but lost hopes now.
