I've been sold a Motar Insurance policy. After 2 days they called to say that they cannot insure my car because of Failure of Inspection (Why Failure - 4 Panels Damaged and Car meter reading is 39000kms) I couldnt understand the meanig of failure, which neither executive, team leader and Manager can tell me.. What does a damage means, and what panel are they talking about.. Anyways its been 15 days but still my money is not refunded.. and the worst there Manager Amit karnik tells me that they'll be refunding the money and by 8th December it will be there in my account. But when he sends me a mail he writes it has been done on 29th November already. How can someone lie this way? Now my problem is that I'm paying interest on this amount from last 15days, why cant you compensate?? And why an employee is sending me wrong info?
