Hi,
This complain is in regards to my premium policy which i got renewed as per the ECS option i had on my Citibank credit card. The payment has been made but still ICICI prudential confirms non recepit of the payment. I have all the confirmation from Citibank that the payment has been made to them but still they are not abelt o find it. My policy is in a paid up mode and am not getting any benefits of it.
Please advise whats the next step taken against them so that i can either get my money or get the policy updated.
