This is to bring to your notice that I am holding a policy issued by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance no. 05309813. The policy has been in a lapsed state since April. In an effort to revive the same I had paid the due premium amounting to Rs. 2- vide receipt no. 67869441 on 18th Feb in cash at the office office of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in Sector 3 Rohini, Delhi - 110 085. Along with the cash deposit I had also filled up the self health declaration form and submitted the same. The executive there had assured me that I shall be receiving a confirmation letter within 5 - 7 working days and my policy shall be reinstated thereon.
However, despite several repeated telephonic conversations, web chats with their executives and feedback from the website, I have not yet received any further communication regarding the reinstatement of my policy or the Medical examination I have to undergo.
During these various conversations, their executives assured me that a letter for the same has been sent to my address first on 26th Feb and again on 3rd March which I am yet to receive. I had also requested that a copy of letter be sent to my e-mail id registered with the company, which, despite their assurance of sending, is yet to be received by me.
I have once again sent a written complaint to the company on 18th March. Please suggest me the further course of action in this regard.
