I had faced the worst customer support for mobile service. They are not ready to saying any proper answer to any problem in mobile, and there is no experienced people in the service center. But they charged as like highly professionals.
I had following problem with my HTC P3400 Mobile,
1. ON/Off Switch
2. Battery charge problem
3. OS Upgrade
I approached the Service center near to my area in my city, I gave my mobile to service center on 11th April 2:00 PM, I clearly told the what is problem in it, they said, we will analysis and tell the estimate in one day, but they replied on Thursday (16th April) afternoon and return my mobile. Actually I reported the above problems, they didn't check the battery problem and OS upgrade, but they replied me, we did checked the battery problem and OS upgrade. I return back to home, after using 5 minutes with call, my mobile switched off. Again I approached Service center, they asked to come on Next Monday (20th April) and need to upgrade OS to Window Mobile 6.1, after I waited for 2 hrs in the Service center, they return my mobile with same old OS and nothing is updated in it, while asked about it, they replied improperly (like, we are responsible for this). I got really frustrated with HTC customer service. For this problem I was not able to use my mobile for last 2 weeks. Due to these type irresponsible customer service, lot of customers are facing problem. Please take care of these issues.
