I like to bring to your notice that I am facing inconvenience with services of the IDBI bank. Even they have host of services to offer and serve customers, but unfortunately they dont synchronise among each other which refrains to help customers to operates in seemsless manner.
Coming to figure and facts, I requested for stop payment of Cheque # 064932 on 23/01 by calling customer care center and KAVITA NAYAR confirmed that there will be no charge for doing a stop payment over the phone however branch visit, or net banking will charge rs 60/- . TO my surprise cheque was bounced on date and top of it they charged me for cheque bounce charges and stop payment charges.
TO make it Short and Sweet, I have below mentioned disputes
1) BAnk has to either charge stop payement or Cheque Bounce: 1) BAnk has to either charge stop payement or Cheque Bounce charge not both of them in no scenario.
2) Stop payment charges should not be there as well as lady named KAVITA NAYAR with customer care center confirmed over the phone there will no charge.
3) I have called bank lot of times to resolve this issue which means there is lot of inconvenience and they have not helped me at all even after several phone which pinched my pocket.
I am here to report the mess I am going through.
Hope to see an appropriate action for the same.
