Redemption amount against matured IDBI Tax saving bond FX-22 not recvd

Hi,

I have 6 IDBI Tax saving bond 22 purchased in Feb. It has been redeemed from my Dmat account on 24-Sep, but neither the matured amount is credited to my attached account nor any cheque issued, Could you please look into same? Mine details are as
