Not getting the maturity amount

Sir:

The Suvidha Deposit certificate no SR1/D/21729 which has been matured on 31/03 has not been finalised.

The certificate has taken in the name of Minor, Nitu Mary Peter, under the guardianship of, I I Joseph 10 years ago. The certificate has been submitted to IDBI Bank of Kottayam (Kerala) Branch. The Branch Manager of Kottayam branch is relentlessly following up the matter with M/S Investor Services of India Ltd. But so far there is no result.

Will you kindly take up the matter.
