Dont receive voters id card

Sir,

i have submitted my application form for inclusion of voters at august in st.antony's elementary school (trichy 22nd ward). I am studying b.e at accet, karaikudi. i need this id card for many works.

till now i dont receive my id card. No response should be given in the corresponding offices.

please take an action for receiving my id card.
