I am Shanawaz, i am using idea prepaid (mobile no:8722431117) for the last 4-5 months. I have been charged 3-4 times (30rs) for the services (devotional charges) i have never activated.from last 3 times i also talked with customer care on this topic and told them to deactivate my service, i don't need any service like this i tried calling customer care, but they couldn't help and not even registered a complaint. They argued that its my mistake. I am totally unsatisfied with your service, if i don't get my balance back then will go for another service I.ts my humble request to you to provide me justice.
