People were complaining that someone else was answering my phone. When I dialed my number from a landline number I found out that there was a caller tune which had a woman in saying a lot of things in Hindi... and this was causing my friends and family a lot of confusion. I was very angry that this caller tune had been attached to my number. I never subscribed for it (I mean who would subscribe for it? It was really a ridiculous and useless caller tune). I immediately wrote a letter of complaint to Idea and my husband called up the customer care. It is annoying enough receiving spam phone calls from Idea... now THIS??? Can't we do something about IDEA?
