Hi,
I have taken a postpaid SIM of Idea on Saturday (14 February) around noon time. The documentation is complete. Still my SIM is not active today, i.e., after 4 days (ok, exclude 1 day for sunday).
I have made perhaps 10 calls to the customer "CARE" executives... but in vain. Now, I think that I have made a mistake of trying to get a SIM of Idea, I was extremely happy using VODAFONE in Mumbai.
However, I opted for this change only because I had trust in Idea that: the "services" will be good and also, my initial survey revealed that Idea is more popular than the other service provider here in my area.
Now, even after 4 days of submitting all the documents, I am without a cellfone. However, morethan this agony, what I am hurt about is the way the entire matter has been handled... and I think my trust of banking on Idea has been broken. It is not a question of personal agony, but perhaps the question of the trust being broken.
It has hurt me badly.
