I could not recharge with top up card when i recharging i got the following message
'your account for recharging could not be activated. please contact customer care no.97...' also i got another sms which was 'Dear customer document submitted by youis rejected for invalid id/address proof please contact your retailer for more information." When I contact the retailer they informed me that I have to again re activate my number (97448 63751) with pay of Rs 96/-. and to again submit fresh photo with id card etc. otherwise you lose Rs.96/-. Please note that what i gave the address is correct no more information add on that. please arrange re-activate the above my number with immediate effect. thanks.
