Gprs not activated

I have applied in Idea services to activate gprs on my mobile on 18 Jan. They have given me the communication no-67801771 regarding activation of gprs service. But still they have not sent me the gprs setting. i went to idea service center they told me that they dont have the setting for W910i (sony errecsson) phone. Now pls tell me what to do?
