I am a IDEA subscriber with the mobile number 9616567466.I checked my balance on 17th march's night and my balance was Rs107.53 but the next morning when i checked i found it to be Rs2.53 and there was a deduction of Rs105 from my balance for no reason as in i had never had any of the plans (like caller tune etc.) activated on my account nor i had by mistaken pressed a button on my cell phone as i always kept it on my table before sleeping. I called and complained about it in the costumer care but they didn't solved my problem and after that one complain they have done something which does not allow me to contact them again. I mailed my complain also to the costumer care but there too i didn't got my problem solved. So please do help my to get my problem solved as soon as possible. Please help me!!!
