Mischevious behaviour of authorised persons and non co-operation from customer care delhi

Facts:

Shaiv BPO Services, 18/17 basement WEA, Dhakha House, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5 stated to be your marketing promoter contacted me on my prepaid mobile mo. 9891069373 through their so called executives Mr. Uma Shanker and Mr. Deepak and convinced me that considering the volume of my STD calls post paid plan will be better and economic for me, on further query they assured me that when i feel the plan is expensive then the option for converting it back to prepaid is open for me on the same no. and Rs. 750 (amount being advance payment and security of the sim for post paid connection) will be adjusted against my bill for the tariff plan of Rs. 444.

They have sent Mr. Prashant Sahu who issued me a receipt no. 5144 dated 23/02/09 for a sum of Rs. 750 against my cheque no. 429721 issued from State Bank Of India (Tis Hazari Courth Branch) and handed me a sim bearing no. 89910483010947205356 and assured me that after the clearence of the cheque and verification of my id my post paid connection will be activated and whatever balance i have in my prepaid sim will be adjusted against my bill. On 5/03/09 i had tried my best to contact Mr. Uma Shanker on his mobile no. 9718585500 but failed, then i sent a msg that due to their poor service i would like to cancel my request to convert my prepaid connection to post paid.

On 6/03/09 a lady executive from Idea Cellular contaced me and assured me as my cheque was cleared and identity being confirmed by their executives personaly and on teleph also, my post paid sim will be activated within 24 hrs. I requested her not to activate the post paid sim as i'm intersed in my existing sim. On my request she assured me if i'm not interested in postpaid connection the amount of Rs. 750 will be refunded within 2 days. On 9/03/09 at about 8:30 pm the registration of my prepaid sim failed. Then i contacted the customer care (prepaid and post paid) but no proper response was given to me.

On 10/3/09 i had mail my complaint to the customer care- Delhi narrating the above facts and requested not to convert my prepaid sim to post paid. The executive named P.S. SINDHU responded to my mail stating that their department is considering my request and the matter will be resolved in 24 hrs.

On 12/03/09 i received a mail from P.S. SINDHU stating that my post paid sim have been activated on 10/03/09. On 16/03/09 i again contacted her that no such connectivity is there in either of my sim (prepaid or post paid) and again requested her to activate my prepaid sim and on 18/03/09 she told me that they are looking into the matter and will respond at their earliest.

On 19/03/09 i requested her to solve my problem within 24 hrs as i'm facing a lot of problem as my clients and investors were not able to contact me as she has misused the technology and ceased my prepaid sim, and till today i have not received any mail from careless customer care people.

I have suffered a financial loss of Rs.95000 above (approx) due to their irresponsible behaviour.

Marketing by convincing a customer properly to preomote the company is a gud idea sir ji.

But grabbing the customer by mischevious activities and false state ment is not a gud idea sir ji.
