i have a problem and that is that i have recharged my mobile with 10 rs top up voucher and before recharging my idea prepaid balance is 0.06 rs but after reacharging the mobile 7 rs was deducted as a charge for dialler tone which i havnt ask for i have not make any call neither i push star to copy it was happened on 04-04-09 that whole night and after that day i tried to contact the customber care executive but it didnt happen.
so plz do something with this bcz i didnot want this service so plz return me the money and also unsubscribe the service i will be very thankful to u plz send feedback
