Not getting service

Sir m very upset with idea service...

my no. is 09917423311

on 1st of my rs.49/- is deducted frm my account..& a msg comes to me that the mobile mail service is activated in ur a/c.

i called up to d idea cust care... first they dnt knw abt that service the girl put on hold my call & after some time call was disconnected..

i call again & again but m not getting any type of response..

i can only understand frm cce of idea that in this service m getting daily sms about websites..

i said ok..but not a single msg i recieved frm d date of activation..

then i send a mail to idea cust. care... then again no further response...

what i do..

there r two option first i want my balance back or is d service is activated then where is d service msgs..

plz help be... as soon as possible...
